Resource Connect-ERG/BRG

Resource Connect is a transformative program designed to foster connection, learning, and community among LGBT+ Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) across our Chamber Corporate Partners, throughout the Carolinas.

This exclusive program was developed specifically for our Chamber Corporate Partners to facilitate meaningful engagement and knowledge sharing between ERG leads and individuals involved in their companies' diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Through quarterly meet-ups, roundtables, and service projects, Resource Connect provides a platform for ERG leaders to connect, exchange ideas, and collaborate on impactful initiatives. It's an opportunity to strengthen networks, gain insights, and enhance  collective efforts toward creating a more inclusive and supportive workplace environment.
